I am able to download issues without a problem but am unable to edit or remove them at all. Whenever I go to settings, the app crashes. The only way to delete issues to free up memory on my iPad is to delete the app and reinstall. The newest version of this app has changed how you view captions and pictures. It used to be that there was a page for each StarTrack picture with a lot of digital extras. Now all the pictures are crammed on one page with dots to click to read the caption and no digital extras. Very disappointed with the latest update!

Ive never had problems with this app until today. I tried to download the most recent issue and all it downloaded was the last page. I deleted app and signed in and tried again but it wont download anything but the last page. Cant attempt download again unless keep deleting app.

This magazine, like many others, always seems to have one issue or another ranging from crashing to freezing to the inability to delete an issue to increasingly lame "digital extra" content. The subscription is not cheap and higher quality should be delivered. Just today (10/8) there was an update to the latest issue with Blake Shelton on the cover...so I updated it. It went from the full magazine to only one page with Nathan Lane on it and the issue only takes up 1mb. Deleted the issue, then deleted the app, reinstalled, plenty of shut downs of the iPad in between and still no resolution. Come on "People" fix the app issues.

Love the magazine but always have trouble downloading it.

My mom has been subscribed to people for many years, and recently got the digital version. It downloaded the recent issues for a while and it just started not letting her download the weekly issues.

Because I have two other mags that want to charge me for their online app!

Today I purchased a one-time magazine issue of People on my iPhone. The words were too small and I wanted to read it on my iPad but the magazine I bought is not there. They want me to buy it again. I am up to date on my software on both iPhone and iPad. They are in sync and I have cloud. I was with support close to 3 hours and they couldnt help. Finally they sent me to a People website and you have to get a paid subscription to be insync with your iPad and iPhone. All I have now is a splitting headache.

Fantástic & Wownderful Mag !!! Im a fan reader years ago and decided better a subscription instead of wanderingn the stores searching for the up to date mag. Congratulations to all the Peoples Team!!!

But this is my first time using it. Am on vacation and have my tablet with me, so I thought it would be nice to have. Took a little getting used to but I liked it. Wont go all digital anytime soon, though.

I am embarrassed for People Magazine that they are either too cheap to design a quality app or they dont care about their customers loyalty enough to take action to fix the existing app. Its awful and has been for years. No matter how many times I enter my credentials, log in/out, delete/reinstall this app it will not display any current issues for downloading and pushes me to buy them even though I have a digital subscription. Genuinely the worst app I have ever used.

This is really not much of an app. I found. Issue I wanted to explore and all it did was ask if I wanted to buy it. I am a subscriber! I already have the issue! I wanted to see what they had online. When I tried to click on a section, it took me nowhere. I think they just threw something together to say the had an app. It was nothing but frustration to me.

This App used to work seamlessly but now Ts not recognizing my sign-in info and it wont let me download issues without paying for them a 2nd time. Theyre going to need to figure out a fix for it, but I wouldnt waste time on this App until they fix it. Waste of effort, and disappointing process. Bummer. It used to work great.

I have a subscription with digital access but the app down not let me access them. One screen tells you to click to get to the next screen but it keeps looping back to the same screen. Beyond frustrating.

Havent been able to download any issues since Oct 8. Sent two emails to People and never got a response, removed the app and reinstalled and logged off and back on again. Nothing works! I can buy an issue but cant access my digital subscription issues. UGH!

So much easier then getting the paper copy

I recently purchased a new iPad and redownloaded the app (it was no longer supported on my old first gen IPad. New issues do not appear in my library and customer service is no help. I am reading it old school.

I got a new iPad and entered my information, even deleted the app from my old iPad, but it wont let me get new digital issues for free. So frustrated.

Love this App. I can get my magazine wherever and whenever I want. Awesome!!
