Earlier version worked great ... Latest update has "bug" as sound will not play on iPad re. Movie and song previews ... Yes, sound it on and plays fine on all other apps and iTunes!

You cannot enlarge the print like you can with almost all other ipad uses. This is a negative since I struggle to read some of the very tiny font (especially picture captions)

It stops downloading half way through and then you have to delete the app and reload it to get the latest issue. Sooooo frustrating!

Downloaded update today oct 16th and now cant open magazine in newstand. Dont have retina deplay ipad. Please help. How do i fix app?

I updated the app and now it doesnt open up anymore past the blue screen with the name of the magazine. Please fix

I had the same blue screen problem. Delete the app and then reinstall it. I had to reset my password. Called tech support for digital edition at People and they walked me through it. Works now - I have original iPad too.

What happened to the library view ??? I upgraded and now, instead of e library view,I get what looks like the store. I see ALL issues and have to hunt through them to find the ones I actually purchased, please fix or I will not be purchasing any more issues.

I enjoyed the app more before the update. The library view has disappeared and it is difficult to find the magazines I have purchased since. If they fix that it would get 4 stars.

I have an older version IPad that doesnt support iOs 5. Now I cant get the rest of my subscription. I have tried all the support venues listed but kept going around in circles each time I entered my data. I still have 2 months of subscription left but am unable to access them. Please bring back the previous version so I can receive my subscription.

I have had this app for a year, never a problem till recently, takes ages to download then portions of magazine are blurry and unreadable. Have to go back to printed version to catch up on what I couldnt read on my iPad

Ive enjoyed the app until this new, enhanced version. Now it tells me that the app is updating & this is a one time occurrence. I wish! It tells me that every, single time I open it, doesnt download the magazine without stopping, tells me that the download was paused - certainly not by me. Way to enhance something! Ready to cancel my subscription, way too frustrating.

Stuck on "waiting to download" forever. Never had a problem previously. Why fix something that wasnt broken?

Very inconsistent app. Keeps quitting , gets hung up and cant seem to keep track of my subscription. You would think that people magazine would be able to afford the best app out there instead of this bug riddled thing!

I love reading my People subscription using this app ... I get all of the features of the magazine on-the-go on my iPad PLUS bonus extras like video trailers and song samples, additional photos, recipes, etc. By downloading my issues in advance before a vacation, I dont need to worry about having an internet connection or the extra weight in my luggage that my paper mags would create. I can catch up on weeks of reading on the beach (or even on my lunch breaks at work) ... this is one of my most-used apps ever!

Usually like to hold a book or MSG but this app makes reading People really enjoyable. Love the ability to watch clips and listen to samples of music. Digital extras are great.

The magazine I dearly love but the app gives me trouble sometimes

Good App, but have to often delete previous issues, to continue to receive new ones. Can not keep recipes for future use, if you have to delete issues them all the time. I still miss the paper issues for the recipes!

I used to love getting People as a subscription but they have upgraded their subscriptions and a digital copy is no longer offered with a print subscription without paying more, even though I had already been getting it for over a year. Customer service is of no assistance.

I have the iPad app which works great. Downloaded the iPhone app, it shows a picture of a few celebs and then the screen goes blank and nothing will load. Super disappointing.

Just had a monthly payment taken out and now its asking me to buy the latest issue!? Tried all the help suggestions and no joy. Waiting to hear back from customer service. Honestly though, first problem in the few years ive had this subscription.
