Good app BUT

This used to be one of my favorite magazine apps but now that theyve changed to portrait only mode I will not be renewing my subscription. I have not renewed other magazine subscriptions for this reason alone. They should at least give you the option of viewing in portrait or landscape mode. Big step back People!

Price increase????

Why did the price double for 6 months now? It was $26.99 for 6 months, now its $54.99??? No thanks Apple.

Really love this app as I am able to get the magazine 1 week before it arrives in the stores!

No more previews

I used to love watching previews of upcoming movies or listen to part of a new song. Dont understand why they dont have that anymore????

Love reading People on my iPad and really enjoy the extras like being able to listen to new music or watch movie trailers.

option to have all purchased issue in one place

bought issue here and there and hope there is an option to see all the purchased issues in one place. currently, have to scroll and look for the purchased ones...

Which is it?

The app advertises a 6-month subscription for $54.99. When you click on the subscribe button once the app is installed, the price for the 6-month subscription is $74.99. Quite a misadvertisement.

Cant download

Every week I go through the same thing. I cant download the magazine even though my subscription is active. I have to contact customer service to get it working. The next week rolls around and the same thing happens again. This is happening with both Time and People magazines.

Doesnt work

I have followed all the steps and it only offers me to buy an issue even though I already have a subscription

Disappointing

I am another frustrated People subscriber. I go round and round with entering my information to end up without access to my digital issues! Please fix these bugs!

People

I just love the people magazine. Its the only one I read. I have had a subscription to it for a long time and I really like that I can put it on my I-Pad.

Does not work

Recently purchased a new iPad and in setting up veery thing have found that this app no longer works well. Similar to what others have said I go round and round with entering my information and cannot get to the digital version. I travel extensively for work and have subscribed for 20 years. Disappointing.

People Magazine

Love this magazine and the many stories of celebrities and other peoples life as they live the dream. Some very sad while many are heart warming, bringing warm fuzzies all over. Thanks for the memories. Just wish for the subscription price, you wouldnt have an ad on every other page.

Does not work!

What a waste of time going through a never ending circle trying to get the digital version. Makes me regret renewing my paper copy!!

Fine for 6 months now I cant download

I subscribed to People 6 months ago and have had no problems. Now, all of a sudden I cant download my digital issue. Tried everything. Closed app, logged out, logged back in, even went to the website to log in, nothing has worked. An email to customer service is a 2 day response time which is a whole other issue I have with them.

Cannot Validate Digital Subscription

I have spent an hour today trying to access the digital version of People. My digital account is paid in full through mid-next year. This People app cannot synch with my online account to see that I qualify to view the digital version of People. Via the Internet, I confirmed my digital edition is paid for. I signed out of my current People app on my iPad. I deleted the People app. I reinstalled the People app. I signed into the People app. I tried all of the above after resetting my People online password. I asked the app to restore all my purchases, whatever that option means. Nothing works. I am told to call 866-769-0199. I call this number. Of course, People has limited support hours, and I am told the "office" is closed. Unbelievable. I guess I have to wait 24-48 hours to talk to a human. Supremely frustrated.

Cant access my digital issues

Im like many other subscribers, frustrated that I can no longer access my digital issues. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no luck. At first I couldnt access the current issue. Now I cant access any of them, current or past. I never had any problems until tonight. Very disappointed.

Unhappy reader - not reading

I have used this app for years and now in the last six weeks there have been multiple times it wont download the current issue, says I have to buy it or subscribe. If I try to set up an account it say I already have a digital account. Ive taken the app off, signed out and back in, restarted my iPad and nothing. This is the longest its gone not letting me download an issue. Three weeks ago it was a week and then it started working on its own. Whats up?! This app needs fixed! Another new issue out today and I now have two I cant read! How about a fix to this? Anywhere else we can access our digital copy?
